Are you selling the white Certified Positive T-Shirts?

The Certified Positive T-shirt is not for sale.

How long can I reserve?

Our merchant partner, DRAGONPAY has a limited number of 3 days to complete your payment. If the payment has not been processed at the given time, your order will be automatically canceled.

I saw that item has a defect, can I return it?

Please take a picture of the damaged area and email it to inquiries@certifiedpositive.com and if the error is acceptable, we can have it exchanged for you. However, refunds are not allowed.

In what currency are your products denominated?

Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP).

Can I bargain for the prices?

Prices posted in our official sites are final except is purchased in bulk (20 pcs and above) or for corporate gifts and giveaways.

Can I be a distributor?

Yes! Please email us at inquiries@certifiedpositive.com with the subject: “DISTRIBUTOR” and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How to order?

Please add your purchases on the shopping cart and fill up the details asked completely until checkout. Click DRAGONPAY then chose among the variety of options to settle your payment.

How do I pay?

Pay via DRAGONPAY and their payment options or Paypal. Confirmation will be automated on our system.

Do you serve orders nationwide?

Yes, we ship your order anywhere in the Philippines via Xend!

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, we ship internationally via Xend!

How much is the shipping fee?

Metro Manila starts at Php 69
Provincial starts at Php 109

I just paid. When will you ship my unit?

For pre-orders, we will ship your items as announced. For regular days, we will ship your package in 1-2 days after confirmation of payment via DRAGONPAY or PAYPAL.

When will I receive my item?
You will get your item 1 to 3 business days after delivery for domestic deliveries and a minimum of 1 to 15 business days for international deliveries depending on the package you have chosen.

I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

We will send to you the tracking number immediately as soon as we have sent your package for shipping. For further inquiries, please message us at +63916.266.5658 or email us at inquiries@certifiedpositive.com

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet via shipping?

Please use the tracking number we sent you on our tracking page. It usually takes 2 or 5 days to ship packages from Metro Manila to other locations within the country. Your package usually arrives late in the afternoon or in the early evenings.

Meet Ups

Where are your designated meet-up points?

Only for bulk orders or special cases.

Do you have meet-up points in provinces?

We don’t, but we can deliver the planner to you instead. We ship around the world!

What happens if I order in bulk?

We can agree on a meeting point wherein we can deliver it personally, but for Metro Manila orders only.

Dragonpay

What is Dragonpay?

Dragonpay is an online payment platform that allows consumers to buy online from e-commerce merchants without using traditional forms of payments like credit card and PayPal.  Instead, the buyer uses his online banking facility or pay cash over-the-counter at physical retail channels.

How to shop using Dragonpay?

Paying through Dragonpay is surprisingly simpler than most online payment systems.  There are no lengthy registration process required.  Depending on which payment channel you choose, the experience varies only slightly.

For Online Banking channel, it just takes five (5) simple steps:

  1. Choose the items you want to purchase and proceed to the merchant’s checkout page.
  2. Choose Dragonpay among the payment options.
  3. Select your bank from the dropdown list and enter the  id and password that you would normally use to login to your online banking account.
  4. Select among the available bank accounts in the dropdown list.  (Some banks may require atransaction password to proceed.)
  5. Click the Pay button and that’s it!

The Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking channel is just as simple and only requires five (5) steps:

  1. Choose the items you want to purchase and proceed to the merchant’s checkout page.
  2. Choose Dragonpay  among the payment options.
  3. Select your preferred bank from the dropdown list and click the Continue button.  An email will be sent to you containing the specific bank deposit instructions (ex. account details).
  4. Go to any branch of the bank you chose and deposit your payment over-the-counter to the bank teller.
  5. Confirm with Dragonpay that you have completed the payment through the Web or SMS.  Details on how to confirm are also provided in the same email sent at item #3.

Is Dragonpay more secure than traditional systems using credit cards?

Yes, bank payments are inherently more secure than credit card-based payments.  You might want to read our blog regarding this security topic for a more detailed explanation.

How to use Dragonpay online bank payment?

Step 1
Shop Online

Shop online and go through the normal checkout process.  Choose Dragonpay as the payment option.

Step 2
Choose bank

You will be prompted for the payment fund source.  Choose among the Online Bank payment options.  In the example here, you chose Unionbank as the fund source.  This means that you will pay using yourUnionbank Internet Banking account.

Step 3
Login to online banking

You will be prompted for your Unionbank Internet Banking login id and password. Enter them here correctly and click the Continue button to proceed.

Step 4
Choose account

Dragonpay will retrieve the bank accounts enrolled in your Internet banking facility and present them in a dropdown list. Choose the account you wish to debit the payment from.

Depending on your bank’s policy, they may require aTransaction Password, which is different from yourLogin Password in order to perform financial transactions.  If it does, enter that password in the blank space provided.  Internet banking facilities that require such a password includes those fromUnionbank, Chinabank, and RCBC.  Other banks like BDO, BPI, EastWest Bank and Metrobank do not require this.

After you have selected the account and provided the Transaction Password (if any), click the Paybutton to authorize Dragonpay to charge the online purchase from that account.

Step 5

Upon completion, your browser will be redirected back to the merchant site.  You will be informed by the merchant on the completion status — whether successful or not.  Possible causes for a failed transaction include: an incorrect Transaction Passwordwas provided; or the total amount you were requesting is beyond the daily limit allowed by your bank’s Internet banking facility.  Most banks limit online payments to a maximum of PHP 50,000 a day.

Step 6
Email confirmation

Dragonpay will send a confirmation to your email address with the status of the payment — whether successful or not.   The online merchant that you made the payment to would also normally send you an email confirming the receipt of payment.

How to use Dragonpay offline bank payment?

Step 1
Shop Online

Shop online and go through the normal checkout process.  Choose Dragonpay as the payment option.

Step 2
Choose Dragonpay payment option

You will be prompted for the payment fund source.  Choose among the Over-the-counter Bank payment options.  In the example here, you chose Banco de Oro Over-the-counter as the fund source.  This means that you will pay by depositing the money to a BDObranch teller.

Step 3
Provide email address

Enter your email address here.  Dragonpay will send the deposit instructions to you via email so make sure the address provided is correct.   If you prefer to use an alternate address, you may modify it here before you click the Confirm button.

Step 4

After you click the Confirm button, you will be redirected back to the merchant’s website.  At this point, your payment is in Pending status.  The merchant will not fulfill your order yet until you have completed the payment cycle with Dragonpay.

Step 5
Email Instruction for offline bank deposit

Check your email inbox.  By this time, the deposit instruction sent in Step 4 should have been received already.  If not, check your Spam or Junk folder to make sure it was not misrouted there.

This email contains the bank account number and name that you should use when depositing.  This example uses BDO as the bank of choice.  Go to aBDO branch, fill-up a regular deposit with the provided details, and hand-over the cash to a teller.

Step 6
Confirm offline bank deposit

The teller will give you a deposit slip receipt to confirm your transaction.  That deposit slip contains several important information including:

  • the date and time of the transaction
  • the code/name of the bank branch
  • the amount you paid

Go back to the email received in Step 5 and click on the link  provided to confirm your transaction.  Fill-in the screen (shown to the right of this text) with the deposit slip receipt details and click the Confirm button.

Dragonpay will verify your deposit and inform the merchant if it was successfully processed.  If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 2 days from validation, you may contact us for immediate assistance.

Step 7
Deposit Confirmation via Email

Upon successful validation of payment, Dragonpaysends an email to you for your records.
